The Drakeholme was originally known as the Darkholme Valley, a favoured site for the well-to-do to retire on Ascension Day and celebrate with spiced foods and sweet meats. Over the centuries, as the cities expanded, the Valley was subject to an urbanization project to house workers for the Mechanicus factories. The grey, concrete buildings stifled growth, and crime soon became rampant. Now known as the Favala, the Drakeholme is home to gangs of stimm-addicts, unlicensed prostitutes, bladerunners and the dregs of Lethinus society.
