The Capitol region is covered with towering Administratum buildings, commercial centres, hab-districts for the countless serfs running the administrative heart of the planet. Having been the seat of power for centuries, the Capitol is also dotted with devotional statutes celebrating the enlightened rule of the Pargests and the benevolent Emperor of Mankind. At the centre of the capitol lies the Capitolline Hill; the true seat of power where the regional magistrates gather monthly to pass bills of legislation and to play the games of court, vying for influence and the attention of the Pargests. Any pretender to the throne of Lethinus had best consider possession of the Capitol; though other regions may have greater tactical advantages, none can claim the symbolism inherent to the Capitol.
